Share the Joy at St. Mary’s 125th Anniversary Celebration Dinner!
We are pleased to announce that SMPSA will be organizing St. Mary’s 125th Anniversary Celebration Dinner in November 2025.

Time
Reception from 6:00pm
Dinner starts at 7:00pm
Ticket Price
HK$800 each, same price for adults and children
Format & Menu
The dinner will be a Chinese-style banquet. Each table seats 12 persons. The menu will include vegetarian dishes to cater for different needs.
Reservation Procedures
To simplify reservation and payment procedures, please note that the following arrangements are in place:
A/ Seat Reservation – 22 April 2025 (Tue), 10:00am
1. The online link for seats reservation will be open at 10:00am on 22 April (Tue) on this page.
2. Each Reserver can book a minimum of one, and a maximum of 24 seats.
3. The Reserver must be a SMPSA member, and would be requested to submit the following information:
– SMPSA Membership No.
– Full English Name
– Email Address
– Mobile Number
– No. of Seats to Reserve
4. There is NO NEED to make any payment during seat reservation.
5. Reservations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
6. The reservation link will be closed when seats are overbooked.
B/ Notification Email with payment details – 25 April 2025 (Fri)
1. A Notification Email will be sent to the Reserver latest by 25 April (Fri) to advise the reservation status.
For Successful Reservations
2. You will receive a Notification Email for your successful reservation, with payment details.
3. Payment should be settled latest by 29 April (Tue). Failure to pay by deadline will result in cancellation of reservation.
4. Payments made are not refundable.
For Reservations on Waiting List
5. Your reservation will be put on the Waiting List when seats have been fully booked.
6. You are NOT required to pay at this stage. We shall notify you if seats become available, and payment can be made by then.
7. When the Waiting List is full, reservations will be considered unsuccessful and the Reserver will be notified by email.
C/ Confirmation Email – 2 May 2025 (Fri)
1. Upon verification of payment, a Confirmation Email will be sent to the Reserver latest by 2 May (Fri).

Campus Visit
To make 29 November even more memorable, we are happy to inform that there will be a Campus Visit session scheduled in the afternoon of the day, prior to the Celebration Dinner.
This will be a great opportunity for alumnae to visit the campus for nostalgic memories, photo taking and souvenir purchase during the autumn breeze.
It will also be an interesting experience for us to revisit the Kimberley Road area for reminiscence and contrast!
The Campus Visit will be from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
Registration will be required, and will commence around September 2025. Do stay tuned for more updates.
