St. Mary’s Past Students’ Association – Council (School)
Nomination and Election of Alumni Manager
accordance with Section 40AP of the Education Ordinance (Cap. 279), the
Canossian Missions, sponsoring body of St. Mary’s Canossian School (SMCS),
recognised the St. Mary’s Past Students’ Association (SMPSA) – Council
(School) as the alumni body for the purpose of nominating an Alumni
Manager for the Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) of SMCS.

Alumni Manager for the IMC of SMCS (the Regulations for Election), the
SMPSA – Council (School) now calls for nomination for the election of
one Alumni Manager for serving the IMC of SMCS for the term of
2019-2021. Nomination period will run from
8 June 2019 to 22 June 2019 (both dates inclusive). Details of

Election of Alumni Manager
hereby given that the election of Alumni Manager for the IMC of SMCS

20 July 2019
(Saturday), from 10am to 4pm, at St. Mary’s
Canossian School (162 Austin Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong).
